In Sedona, where the energy is of a higher vibration, raising your vibration enough to "shake off" the old lower vibrating energy is a quicker process. Raising your vibration takes time in normal places. In order to "shake off" the lower vibrating energy, you must literally raise your vibration to that of a higher level. your body is vibrating at a level lower than 100. When there is any disharmony in your body, such as pain, depression, anger,etc. That is the highest level that you can reach and the level at which you are considered 100% healthy. The vibrations in Sedona are of the highest level. Anger, pollution, fear, pain, etc are vibrations in the non-healthy range. If you consistently vibrate at a level of non-health, we will give that a number between 0-49, then you will be in a state of dis-ease. For instance, if you consistently vibrate at a level of health, we will arbitrarily give that a range of 50 - 100, then you feel good.
